Covetous Crew is a competitive PvP organization documented in TheMercs' published Community Links sidebar (September 2008 capture) as a contemporary organization during the late-1990s and early-2000s MMO PvP era. The listing pointed to covetouscrew.com, a Shockwave Flash site captured continuously by the Wayback Machine from March 2000 through 2003. By February 2009, TheMercs had removed Covetous Crew from the sidebar and replaced it with The Regulators.
