Foxhole

Foxhole released 1.0 in 2022 with a deeply unusual format: a top-down two-faction PvP war that runs persistently for weeks at a time, where the supply chain (mining, refining, manufacturing, transport, frontline distribution) is most of the gameplay. Hundreds of players per faction coordinate across regiments, with specializations that include logistics drivers, armor crews, partisan teams, and command-level operations. Few other PvP games ask this much coordination from their audience and receive it.
